- Q: I'm having trouble with my PDF download, what can I do?
A: We will do our best to get you the files! Please check your spam folder if you haven't received the download file. If you haven't received the download link or cannot download the file, please email us, and we will send it to you.
I'm sorry, we don't offer refunds on PDF patterns. - Q: My package shows delivered, but I don't have it! What do I do?
A: Please wait a day or two before reaching out. Often, mail service shows that items are delivered, and they come a day or two later. If you haven't received it in a few days, don't hesitate to get in touch with us, and we will work with you to get the package. - Q: Do you ever offer sales?
